Photo Essay:: Let’s Get Trashy

I am fascinated with the artistic value of trash, which is why I headed to a local trash dump to take some pictures of smashed up cars!  Unfortunately, the real dump was “off-limits” so I wasn’t able to root through the trash to find cool objects to capture.  I played with a few of these images on Photoshop.  I hope you enjoy getting trashy with me

I call this one “Cherry Crunch” because the poor car in the middle was a nice cherry red.  I put a red tone over the image to give it this look.

Broken glass with a hint of blue looks really neat…almost like ice!

Just a pic of regular unedited smashed-up rusty goodness–colors, angles, contrasts!

I love the broken side mirror.  ’Nuff said.
